Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and/or forfeit any deposit paid.

I do understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations can happen, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible when possible.

Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated the same as a late cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Your safety and comfort are my top priority. To provide the best and safest service, I require both an intake form and a consent form prior to all services.

Intake Forms are completed once before your first appointment. It covers age, skin sensitivities/allergies, and medications. Should anything change, please let me know at the earliest convenience so that we can update your form.

Consent Forms are signed before every appointment. This form confirms your consent to the service, your understanding of the possible risks associated with waxing, and highlights the importance of following aftercare for the best results.

There will be no refunds given for any services rendered.

If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 2 days & I will contact you privately to remedy the issue.

All product sales are final.

Please let me know in advance if you plan to bring someone with you.

Out of respect for the studio environment, I kindly ask that no children (12 and under) be brought to appointments.

I do offer waxing services to clients ages 16 & up.

Please include your age if you are not 18+ when you’re completing the intake & consent form.

I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, & cash.

I do not accept Venmo or CashApp.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not carry change so cash payments must be made exact.
